Beautiful Day!

I woke up this morning (at 9:30!! A sleeping-in day, woohoo!) with a pounding headache. Silly allergies, trying to ruin my day. Thank goodness for Zyrtec! I love that stuff! Works great!

But after our morning routine was done, Sean decided we should take Ryan to the park because it was just so gorgeous outside. So we did! All three of us, and Monkey, because Monkey needs to go everywhere with us these days.



There were some older kids there, and a very nice 12 year old boy LOVED Ryan and kept trying to get him to play with a basketball he had. He was so cute and kind to Ryan.


Ryan also learned today, with the help of Sean, that he can indeed go all the way through the tunnel! This was a first, he never really tried to even attempt to go in it before, but he went through it with help from Sean and then kept going through over and over and over.



Sean also decided to take Ryan down the big slide today for the first time and Ryan LOVED it! He kept wanting to go on it again and again, so Sean was a good sport and would pick him up and put him at the top of the slide. It was a lot of work for Sean, lol. There were no stairs, just a little ladder, so he had to kind of toss him up and then get up there fast before Ryan fell down the slide. I am not sure who got worn out more, Sean or Ryan :) Ryan even went down the big slide on his own, with Mommy catching him at the bottom of course. He loved it and giggled the whole way down, then would run back over to Sean and want him to put him back up. All in all, it was a good quiet day. We all need those sometimes :)
