Outdoor Fun

This weekend was just beautiful. If the whole summer could stay 80-85 degrees and sunny with a pleasant breeze, well it would be paradise! But it was certainly wonderful weather for April!

Lacey is doing SO much better than yesterday, and we thought all things considered she was doing well then. She slept like a log last night, poor girl. Sean and I took turns taking her out to relieve herself every three hours during the night. Sean stayed up until 3 am and took her out and I woke up at 6 am (because that is when Ryan usually wakes up) and took her out. But even in her eyes you can see she just has the sparkle back. I am so glad that she is doing so much better. Now we just wait to hear back from the vets to see what the stone analysis comes back with, so we can work on prevention of any recurrences.



We spent today over Sean's parents house because his dad got a new grill and we were going over to help move a fence so we had a neat little place to hang out under a tree with shade. We got there around noon and we had Lacey tethered off under the tree also, and Guinness was out and about helping the guys get the fence stuff done. Ryan of course ran, and ran, and ran!


By 5 pm, Ryan was covered in dirt, needed to be changed out of outfit number two because he thought it was awesome to cover himself in dirt. But hey, he is having fun, isn't hurting anyone and learning about things, so I just let him go to town knowing I would have laundry to do (when don't I, really...) and he would need a good scrubbing when he was done.

All in all, a great weekend, and I got some really good pictures from today that I think I will even print out for some family :)
