Yesterday we had a cookout with friends of ours that we have both been friends with since we were 6. It was Amanda, her brother Adam, and her fiance, Ed, as well as Sean's best friend from his childhood, Dan. It was a beautiful day, and it was great to catch up with everyone. Ryan loved Amanda's dog, Shelbie, and Lacey wanted to play with her but I was afraid she would run in the street, so she didn't get to run much farther than her 20 foot leash :) Ryan had a great time and really seemed to enjoy being outside and splashing in the new pool that he got from our neighbors. Unfortunately the pool was dirty and it was just an inch of rain water, but Ryan had a grand old timing jumping in it. He needed a goooood scrubbing after yesterday though, but he slept wonderfully.

Hi momma! I didn't realize you had a blog?? Maybe I'm having a blonde moment or something LOL. This will be a nice way for me to keep up with you and Ryan. To answer your question about the big boy underwear, he is doing "okay" with them. More often than not though, I put his diaper on, and then put them over. He's only had just the underwear on once or twice and stayed dry but I'm too scared about going in public like that just yet.
