Nice day

Today was nice outside, and my allergies were behaving , yay! We babysat today and it was just too nice to not be outside. Ellie and Ryan played outside before lunch, then we were hot from playing soccer so we went in and had lunch. Ellie really wanted to go back outside and play so I said sure, and we did for a little while until Ryan needed his nap. I thought for a while that Ryan didn't need naps anymore, but now he is back to his usual routine of 2 hour naps in the afternoon, and man when he misses one, he is a crab.

Anyway, Ellie had a birthday party to go to today so she left and it was just the boys in the afternoon. We decided to go bikeriding, and Nico is always so excited to pull Ryan in the bike trailer. He is such a great little kid. Then we played soccer too and waited for Ellie to come home from the party.

When she got home, Ryan just lit up, he just loves Ellie so much! She even had a balloon and he LOVED it!

I tried to convince Ryan at that point that it was time to go home, but he really didn't want to leave when Ellie had just gotten there. So the kids helped walk him down the stairs (Nico holding Ryan's hand) and then when they were at the bottom, Nico went back up and Ryan reached for him and cried. We are so lucky to have such great kids and friends to babysit :)

Oh and on the plus side, there is a bike trailer that I found (or rather Seans mom found) and I wrote to her hoping that it is still available. I am keeping my fingers crossed!

Yesterday there was a cozy coupe AND a kitchen for sale through a local thrift store and I was so excited because it would have only come to $40 for the both of them, but they were already sold by the time we looked :( Bummer! I am still looking and there is still time though, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that I find a good deal :)
