Ryan's new word of the day is yelling Ellie, except the way he says it it sounds more like Eye-eee! I didn't realize what he was saying until Monday when he ran up to her saying Eye-ee and then talking baby babble to her. Of course, she seemed to know exactly what he was saying. She is so great with him. Like a big sister. She shows him how to do stuff, and she will "help me babysit him" when I am making lunch for them. She is a big helper. I tell her every day that I couldn't do half the stuff I do without her help. She smiles and nods in agreeance with me.
Anyway, got off on a tangent. While we were driving there today, Ryan started saying "Eye-eee! Are you?????" So I had to tell him that we were almost there, but we still had to wait for her to get off the bus. Even louder he says "EYE-EEEE! ARRRREEEEE YOOOOOOOOUUU?????" It was hard not to laugh over the adorableness of it all. He really loves her so much, I am so thankful that the kids get along so well :)
Here's a random pic of the three of them together when I brought them to the park last week:

thats so great that he has little ones to play with. It can be hard for only children (even when they are not going to be onlies forever) and having friends around is so important! you are doing great with him!
