Ryan's 3rd Christmas

This year Ryan was much more into Christmas than last year, but I think he will be even more into it next year. He liked getting presents, but would only open one or two before he found some really cool toys and then wasn't really interested in opening anything else.

We ended up having 3 Christmas's all told. One here, one with Sean's family, and one with my extended family. On Christmas Day by the time we got to Sean's parents for dinner, Ryan was exhausted. He still had half of his presents to open, but all he wanted to do was watch his new Thomas the Tank Engine DVD and lay on the couch. He was too tired to eat dinner. Luckily, he had a ton of carrots, meat and goodies at my family's, so it's not like he starved. When we got home Christmas night, Ryan put himself to bed while Sean and I took care of the dogs. He must have been sooo tired, poor guy!

It was a great holiday, and I am so thankful that we all have each other to celebrate it with. Family is the best. Here are some pictures from our Christmas celebrations:

Ryan hiding behind a piece of ribbon. With his car ramp, he loves to send the cars flying!
His boat that has balls that fit in the top, then you hit them with a hammer and they roll down ramps to the bottom of the boat. One of his all time favorite gifts.Ryan with his cousin Ryder. They were having fun working on their sliding into home base.I was trying to get a good picture of Ryan and I because I am usually the one taking the pictures, but he was so tired, he just kept being a goober. He was laughing in this picture, and I just love it because he is so fun.
